About the Role
Position: Executive Assistant to Director
Industry: Logistics / Transport / Supply Chain
Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat
Experience: 3–6 Years (Preferably in Logistics, Transport, CHA, Freight Forwarding, Warehouse, or Supply Chain)
Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (In-hand), depending on experience and competency.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support to the Director in day-to-day business operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Transport, Logistics, CHA, Warehouse, Operations, and Finance.
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, business correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, travel plans, and meeting schedules.
- Follow up with department heads to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management review.
- Draft professional emails, letters, and official communications.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, transporters, and business partners whenever required.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and business files.
- Assist in project coordination, business planning, and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor key operational activities and highlight critical issues requiring management attention.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Experience in the Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain, CHA, or Warehouse industry is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati preferred).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Good analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Professional attitude with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of logistics operations, fleet management, freight movement, or supply chain processes will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Management Coordinator, MIS Executive, or Operations Coordinator in the logistics industry.
- Smart, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Comfortable interacting with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-support capabilities.
